Our Risk Advisory team combines deep expertise in financial regulations and advanced modelling with a strategic approach to risk management. From forecasting accuracy to model risk management and stress testing, our consultants utilize their expertise in using AI and machine learning to analyze large volumes of data more rapidly and with significantly less need for human intervention.
Student profile
At Zanders, we are looking for PhD or Master's degree students in Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Physics, Econometrics, Computer Science and Engineering, or other applied sciences. We are looking for people who are ambitious, have strategic and analytical thinking, are creative, can adapt based on the needs of the project and have strong knowledge of Excel and programming tools such as Python or Spark. Any relative experience with quantitative projects is more than welcome.

Application procedure
Your application process starts with an intake interview with HR, followed by two more rounds of interviews and a case study, in which you will be provided materials beforehand to prepare and later present in front of your interviewers. Usually the whole process takes a month to be completed. Interview rounds with the consultants are expected to happen in our office locations, either in Utrecht or in Amsterdam.
