Student profile

Are you an ambitious graduate from the master Computer Science, Data Science & AI Technology, or Management of Technology* who is ready to make a difference?Then we’re looking for you for our yearly management traineeship! As a management trainee you’ll work on five projects within various departments and countries within the Visma Group. You have a strong technical foundation, curiosity about new technologies, and the drive to solve complex challenges. Whether you're passionate about software development, AI applications, data analysis, or technical product management - at Visma you'll find challenges that match your talents. We value independence, a growth mindset, and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. You'll receive immediate responsibility in real projects, supported by experienced mentors. (Basic) knowledge of Dutch is required.

Application procedure

Launch your career at Visma through our Management Trainee Programme. This starts every year in September. You can apply starting from spring 2026 for the upcoming programme.
The application procedure usually consists of two interviews and a case or assessment.
