Valcon is an acronym for Value Consulting as value is the central focus in everything we do.
Valcon is a European consulting, technology and data company based in the Netherlands, Denmark, UK, Sweden, Germany, Croatia and Serbia. Our mission is to combine premium consulting with deep technology and data knowledge to add value to our clients. With our capabilities, we help clients to create value in transformations, from operational strategy to implementation, supported by a wide array of IT tools.

We offer job positions in the fields of Process & Management, Technology and Data consultancy. We consider personal development and joy a very important aspect of your work at Valcon. In our organisation we communicate between all levels directly and we give you as starter a lot of responsibilities and with that a steep learning curve. You get to choose with your own mentor what path you choose for your career; either growing to a project manager, broadening your knowledge as consultant or becoming a specialist. We consider personal development within your project important, but always in combination of training, guidance and self-reflection.

The application procedure within Valcon is a fast process, that could result in a job within two weeks.
Our first step is to review your CV and determine if you comply with our requirements. After your CV has been reviewed by our team, you will be invited for your first interview with one of our consultants. Our own colleagues interview candidates because they can best identify who fits at Valcon and who they would like to have as colleagues on their projects.
