How do you prove who you are online without oversharing? Who do you trust to keep that proof safe? What would it take to make digital identification as reliable as showing your passport, yet faster and more private? At Ubiqu, we build the answers to those questions.
We create secure personal digital identities that connect safely to the world. Imagine buying a house without meeting in person, signing and validating millions of documents, or opening doors in both physical and digital spaces.
Ubiqu uses the latest technologies available in the field of software. We operate most of our services in the cloud, maintaining a stable and innovative infrastructure. By developing our own apps and backend, we guarantee that our solutions remain secure, flexible, and scalable over time.
Our team is a curious group that enjoys complex problems. We look for students who also like to learn fast and enjoy untangling complexity. You might dive into mobile development, backend systems, cryptography, cloud infrastructure, security engineering, or product design. From day one, you will own real projects, ship real features, see real impact, and grow through mentorship.

Student profile
From day one, you'll gain ownership over real projects and deliver real features. You'll receive coaching from professionals and we will help you grow in the direction you like.
You're comfortable tackling complex issues and think independently. You want to understand why something works, not just that it does. You're not afraid to question our approach critically and provide evidence to support improvements. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk to you.
As suitable candidate you:
- have (almost) completed a Master’s Degree;
- are self-motivated to explore new technologies, applications and environments;
- are comfortable working in English, both in writing and speaking;
Bonus skills are:
- Python (Django)
- Kotlin/Java
- Swift
- Go
- Javascript (Vue)
Additionally, you are motivated to take on a challenge and are able to work both independently and as a team player. Familiarity with agile methodology and scrum is a plus, but not required. A keen interest in expanding your development knowledge is also encouraged.
