Career opportunities

Your technical career starts at Technolution as a junior engineer, consultant, or project leader. From your very first day with us, you’ll work in a team on a project and be closely involved in the full development process. Of course, you’ll be guided by an experienced colleague, but you’ll also be given your own responsibilities right away.

If you already have a preferred specialization, you’ll gradually take on more responsibilities in that area, such as contributing your technical expertise to proposals, leading projects, or advising clients. Application procedure

We value clarity. For you and for ourselves. When you apply at Technolution, your application follows the procedure below:

1 – Your application
That’s a special moment – you’ve just sent in your application for that one position at Technolution!

2 – First contact
Within a week, Dorith or Christina will get in touch with you, either by email or phone.

3 – First introduction
We’d love to meet you. This takes place at our office in Gouda – giving you a first impression of your potential workplace.

4 – Meeting more colleagues
If the first meeting was positive for both you and us, we’ll invite you back to our office. This time, you’ll meet with our recruiters Christina or Dorith, as well as a project manager from your field.

5 – Fitch
Through the matching tool Fitch, we’ll explore how well your profile matches the requirements of the role you’ve applied for. A valuable learning experience for both you and us!

6 – Your new job
If both the second interview and the Fitch assessment are positive, Technolution will offer you a contract. If that makes you happy, then you’ll become our newest colleague – congratulations!
