Every day, we strive to make a difference with our software for clients in the cultural sector (particularly theaters and theater producers). For instance, during COVID, we set up a livestream platform (Strozu), built our own Qtheater platform, and we're working on exciting business intelligence solutions for the industry.
We are a relatively small company with a young and enthusiastic team where bringing your own ideas is encouraged and appreciated. We regularly have team outings and attend a major tech conference in Europe every year.
At Qdentity, we share a passion for technology. We have an awesome tech stack that matches this passion, featuring technologies like Elixir, Phoenix LiveView, Rust, Gleam, Go, DuckDB, and PostgreSQL.
We're looking for developers at heart. All your colleagues, including the two founders, are developers too. Our focus lies genuinely on technology - that's our passion, and through it, we aim to make a difference for our clients. We expect the same from you.
There's room for graduates, working students, and interns. So far, every team member (whether intern, full-time, or working student) has had a significant impact on the development of our systems. We also see many team members grow from working students into full-time colleagues after graduation.
We don't necessarily expect you to already have experience with our tech stack (see the company profile), because we realize these aren't the technologies commonly taught at the university. However, we do hope you're enthusiastic about mastering this new stack.
At Qdentity, we're always on the lookout for new developer talent. Because we work in a small team, communication lines are very short. The two founders are still actively developing, and you'll have daily contact with them. You can learn a lot from your colleagues and certainly won't feel like just a number in a large organization. You'll make a real contribution and have the chance to make a difference and grow.
You can email us your motivation letter and CV at vacatures@qdentity.nl, after which we'll get in touch with you. The next step is enjoying a good cup of coffee during an interview.
If it feels like a match after that, you can spend a day with us to see what a normal workday looks like. We'll let you get hands-on with a concrete small assignment, allowing you to ask questions directly to your potential new colleagues. Of course, you'll also join us for lunch. This way, you'll get a good impression of where you might be working, and we'll get a better sense of who our potential new colleague is.
If, after that day, you're excited to join us and we feel the same, you'll become part of our team!
