Student profile

We are looking for newly or soon-to-be graduated Master degree or PhD students from a technical university. Your degree is within either one of the technical fields such as electrical engineering, physics or material science or in the fields of Finance or a technical commercial degree. Our local trainee openings have different requirements. Additionally there are possibilities to enter NKT directly in a junior role which matches your field of expertise. Review the specific job ad you are interested in to find out the requirements for that specific position.

At NKT we appreciate people who are willing and able to grow further in the company. As an NKT Trainee (or employee) we believe you have a strong interest for the cable industry and a passion for our role in the green transition. In addition to this you possess an owner’s mindset, you are a strong team player who appreciate a knowledge sharing culture and solving problems and delivering results with an analytical mindset.

We expect you to take on the role within the company contributing with technical knowledge and skills as well as contributing to our great team spirit sharing knowledge, best practice and collaboration.
