Netcompany serves a wide range of clients in their digital transformation journeys in the public and private sectors across Europe. Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, we are today an international company with more than 9,500 employees. In the Netherlands, our team of over 200 colleagues works on innovative projects, primarily for the central government, for organisations such as the Medicines Evaluation Board (CBG), the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND), and the Dutch Probation Service (3RO). By leveraging technology and digitalisation responsibly, it is our purpose to contribute to a modern and mature Europe that prioritises democracy, justice, transparency, and social security. If we do it right, we will hand over a society to our coming generations that both we and they can be proud of.

Our Dutch office is currently located in Delft and is scheduled to be relocated to our new location at the Haagse Poort in The Hague in the first quarter of 2026.

Career opportunities

At Netcompany, you will help shape the digital future from day one. We offer various entry-level opportunities for talent with an IT background:

Graduation Internship: Combine your graduation assignment with a challenging real-world project and dedicated mentorship.

Working Student (16 - 40 hours, full days): Gain flexible work experience alongside your studies, choosing your fixed working days in advance.

Entry-level Position: (Nearly) graduated? Start immediately in a full IT role, work on high-impact projects, and focus on your development through our Netcompany Academy and personal mentor guidance.

Application procedure

1. Graduation Internship

Interview (preferably on-site): Introduction, discussing the assignment, and alignment of mutual expectations.

Outcome: You will hear from us as soon as possible.

2. Working Student

Coffee Date (Teams): A 30-minute online introduction.

Interview (On-site): A 1.5-hour session combining both an introduction and a case study.

Outcome: Results within 48 hours (on working days). Upon your acceptance of the offer, the contract will be sent for digital signing via DocuSign.

3. Entry-level Position

Coffee Date (Teams): A 30-minute online introduction.

Interviews (On-site): Introductory and case interviews of 1 hour each (usually scheduled on the same day).

Outcome: Results within 48 hours (on working days). Upon your acceptance of the offer, the contract will be sent for digital signing via DocuSign.
