MovingDot primarily focuses on improving the Air Traffic Control and Aviation System, catering to both aviation policymakers and air traffic control organizations. Our value lies in bridging the gap between the policy and operational realms of Air Traffic Management (ATM) and Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM). This includes the development and integration of Unmanned Aviation Systems (UAS), with an emphasis on Safety by Design at every step. Simultaneously, the system is approached from a multi-disciplinary perspective through the Human-Machine-Procedure concept, and this is where MovingDot's strength lies.
We specialize in operational air traffic handling, addressing issues related to airports and airspace, as well as the procedural structuring of these processes. Our strength lies in achieving operational improvements with realistic policy development, spanning from executive levels to procedural guidelines for air traffic controllers, ensuring safety and efficiency. Our results are practically applied in the field.
We are motivated by the belief that traffic flows can always be made more efficient, safer, and sustainable. This involves a delicate interaction between government bodies, air traffic service providers, and airspace users. It is our mission to bring the best from these diverse worlds together.
We are seeking students with an affinity for aviation, possessing analytical skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. Initiative and independence are core competencies we value. Our motto is that work can also be enjoyable, so we encourage a collaborative team approach to achieving results. Both the 'broad' student and the 'expert' student are welcome to join us.
