Every study has multiple specializations. But what's more important is: what do you want. We ask you the right questions so that we can figure that out together.

Application procedure

The process at KERN Engineers starts at the first contact. You found us or maybe we found you. Together we will find out what we can do for each other. Next, there will be an introductory interview. Online, at our office, anything is possible. You will get to know us and we would like to hear about your ambitions and wishes.

And then, we get to work. We will look for a job possibility that suits you. When we find one, we will help you prepare for your interview. You will receive some useful tips and tricks for the interview and we will help you present yourself in the best way possible. Next you will have the interview at the company and after that we will evaluate with you and the company. Sometimes this leads to a second interview at the company. In this phase we will let you know whether or not the company wants to hire you. If there is a mutual interest, there's a match and we will make an appointment to sign the contract.
