Company profile
Fugro provides the people, equipment, expertise and technology that support the exploration, development, production and transportation of the world's natural resources. We also provide our clients with the technical data and information required to design, construct and maintain structures and infrastructure in a safe, reliable and efficient manner.
Our activities are carried out all over the world, onshore, offshore, and from the air, and are primarily aimed at the oil and gas industry, construction industry, mining sector and governments. We conduct multifaceted geodetic, geological and geotechnical research of the earth, contributing in this way to a range of different developments and projects which are often of great social or economic impact. In this way we are taking steps towards making tomorrow's world possible.
Examples of our activities are: determining suitability of locations for subsea infrastructures, providing initial information to emergency crews in the event of natural disasters, offering complex foundation advice, carrying out accurate land surveying and providing high-resolution maps.
Due to the ever changing development and diversity of our activities, working at our company is constantly challenging and interesting. Our worldwide network of colleagues provides us with both international and local knowledge of the earth's surface and of the soil and rocks beneath. Student profile
Fugro offers internships throughout the year in various disciplines. There are opportunities for an internship or a graduation assignment for students in their final or penultimate year of higher education.
An internship with Fugro is an ideal way of gaining experience and learning on the job. At the end of your internship or graduation assignment, we evaluate your time with us and discuss specific job and career opportunities. If you are as enthusiastic about us as we are about you, there is a good chance we will offer you a job after graduation.
