Job rotation is one of the cornerstones of management development within ExxonMobil. How your career develops depends primarily on you and your performance. You usually hold your starting position for one to three years and you also change positions about every two to three years later in your career. Based on the image we get of you and your own ambitions, we determine together which next step suits you best within the ExxonMobil organization. As you grow, your responsibilities will increase and your tasks will become more complex and strategically important.
Based on your qualifications and the persuasiveness of your letter, a selection is made for a first-round interview, which consists of 2 interviews with 2 supervisors from different departments in the organization. If this phase is successful, a final round of interviews with two managers will follow. If we come to the conclusion that you are a good fit for us, you will immediately receive an offer.
