Company profile

Entropic automates workflows of engineers in the process industry.

Instead of relying on isolated calculations or manual studies, we automate the entire workflow: from factory data input to technical analysis, financial evaluation, and reporting for decision-making.

Our software combines simulation models with AI agents that automate a large part of the work traditionally done by engineers. This allows companies to quickly assess whether projects are technically and economically viable, with a specific focus on industrial energy systems.

Entropic works with leading engineering firms and industrial companies across Europe.

Student profile

We are looking for students with a strong technical foundation and a clear interest in software and product development.

Relevant study backgrounds include: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science

What we value:
Strong skills in maths and physics (firs-principles thinking)
Enjoy building software and learning new tools quickly
Experience with (or interest in) tools like Cursor or Claude Code
Able to work independently and take ownership
Strong problem-solving skills: analyze problems, propose solutions, and test them
Comfortable with fast iteration and continuous improvement

We look for people who not only understand the technical side, but also think about usability and how software is actually used in practice.
