Change & innovation in the construction world are essential; there are increasing demands in terms of price, quality and costs. Those who want to develop must dare to change. Together with our partners, Count & Cooper takes its responsibility: we create new opportunities and make developments possible. We drive change; change that really helps the construction industry move forward. The three pillars to achieve this are Tech, People and Partners. Because only by working together with partners and focusing on people development we can innovate and change the construction industry, or how we say it: Building New Ways.
At Count & Cooper, you're trusted to make an impact from day one. This means you quickly get up to speed with new things, and as a starter you contribute directly to project results, whether in tendering or execution. You never work alone. Together with other C&C'ers, you form a projectteam where everyone's expertise comes together. We believe in the power of collaboration: critical, engaged, and always focused on smart solutions. That's how you and your colleagues deliver impact on the biggest projects in the Netherlands.
Next to your projects you start with our Academy's two-year programme. Expect no standard classes, but intensive modules, serious games, simulations and coaching that challenge you to step outside your comfort zone. Growth doesn't stop after your first two years. You keep developing after that too, just like all your colleagues, from starter to partner.
At Count & Cooper, we're always looking for new talent who fit our core values: courageous, flair, connecting and professional. As a starter, you can join us as a working student or Project Analyst, for example, but there are plenty of opportunities for career switchers too. We work on large and complex tenders and execution projects, because that's where we find the greatest challenge, innovation and opportunity for smart integration. As a starter at Count & Cooper, you get your own responsibilities within the team from day one.
It starts with smaller tasks, such as analysing comments on a schedule or working out a stakeholder analysis. After a few weeks, you'll be organising planning sessions yourself, developing the traffic plan or, for example, designing the stakeholder approach for a project.
After two months, you take full responsibility for your own parts of the project and you're the go-to person for your scope. Your responsibilities keep growing, so you can keep developing.
