Career opportunities

At BAEKEN, you grow step by step in the role of Project Controls Consultant. You start as a Trainee, develop into a Junior Consultant, progress to Consultant, and eventually become a Senior Consultant.

With each step, you take on more responsibility, from learning the fundamentals to independently advising clients and leading teams. You can also take on additional roles, such as Internal Project Lead or Consultant Manager, contributing to the quality of our work and the development of your colleagues.

Application procedure

Your first interview will be with Wilco, who is responsible for business operations. This conversation focuses on getting to know each other and seeing whether our values and working culture align.

You’ll then move on to a second interview with Wesley and Pieter. They are actively involved in the field and will discuss the content of the role, your skills, experience, and ambitions.

All three are members of the management team and personally involved in the growth of BAEKEN and its people. This way, you get to know us and we get to know you.
