Do you like to gain new knowledge, work in a variety of domains, with different colleagues and techniques? Do you have a proactive attitude and an assertive personality? We involve you in the development of ALTEN and listen to your input. You develop your skills through various projects and with our ALTEN academy courses that fit your ambition. Next to that, you will be able to attend our knowledge groups, the many social events (usually organized by our own colleagues) in an informal and personal atmosphere.

Application procedure

After getting acquainted during this event, we will contact you as soon as possible, in order to discuss the possibilities. When we see enough connection factors to take you into further process, we will schedule:
- An introductory interview,
- Another interview with Business Managers. Your knowledge and experience are central during these interviews, matched to the working fields of ALTEN. A software (coding) test can be part of the application process. At the end of the process, we will inform you directly if we can offer you a permanent contract.
