Delft Career Days publishes company selection for 2026 edition

Delft Career Days has announced the list of participating companies for the 2026 edition. With nearly two hundred participating companies, students once again have the opportunity to take the next step towards their future careers. Starting Monday, 5 January 2026, students can register for the different events.

For more than thirty years, Delft Career Days has connected students of Delft University of Technology with the professional world. The events offer students the opportunity to explore their future career paths and actively engage with organisations. The program includes training sessions focused on job applications and personal presentation, opportunities to receive feedback on CVs, and the Orientation Days, where students can learn more about the market. In addition, personal Coffee Dates and In-house Days provide an accessible way for students to get to know companies better. Preparations for the 31st edition are currently in full swing.

Not all companies that register are able to secure a spot at the career fair. “Unfortunately, due to limited space, a selection must be made from all interested companies. At the same time, this allows us to present students with a highly diverse range of companies,” says Merel Vooijs, President of Delft Career Days this year. “We aim to represent every master’s program at TU Delft as well as possible, so that all students are introduced to interesting companies with sufficient internship and job opportunities.” Following the company registration deadline, the board therefore makes a careful selection, focusing on the availability of jobs, internships, and graduation projects, as well as representation across all master’s programs and diversity in sectors.

All companies participate in the same selection procedure and, like last year, are not excluded in advance. Particular attention is given to organisations that offer career opportunities in sustainability and enable students to make a meaningful impact. Students are encouraged to explore the roles they could fulfil within these companies, with an open and engaging dialogue at the core of all interactions. This year, the theme of impact is also further emphasised in the Application Trainings and Orientation Days, where students are encouraged to reflect on their added value within an organisation.

The Application Trainings will take place from 10 to 12 February, followed by the Orientation Days from 16 to 18 February. Students can also participate in the Coffee Dates toward the end of March and the In-house Days from late April through May. An overview of the selected companies can be found on the official website.
