Delft Career Days publishes company selection for 2025

Delft Career Days has revealed the company selection for their 2025 edition. Given the list of two hundred companies, students will again be able to take all steps in finding their next career opportunity upcoming edition. Registration for the events will be opened from January 6th, 2025.

For close to thirty years, Delft Career Days has been well-known for students at the Delft University of Technology. With a series of events, it offers the opportunity to go through all steps in getting to know and approaching companies. Think of trainings to improve on your application process or in presenting yourself, next to the option to have your CV checked. After orienting at all companies, there are also one-to-one coffee dates and in-house days to take part in.

Not every company that is interested in taking part in the career events can be offered a spot. “Unfortunately, we have to make a selection of all interested companies due to limitations in space. However, this allows us to make our events as diverse as possible” says Matthijs Roos, President of Delft Career Days. “We strive to offer all master students at our university companies that are interesting to them – with every one of those having plenty of internships and starter positions.” Therefore, the board performs a comprehensive selection after the registration deadline for companies, considering jobs, internships, and graduation projects besides representation of all master students.

This year, a few companies that have been absent last year due to considerations concerning sustainability have been selected again. “We do not exclude companies prior to the selection procedure. Every single company has to conform to the same selection conditions.” he emphasizes. "We want to have every sector represented to comply with the demand from students, as we can find in the results from our yearly surveys. Preference is given to companies that offer career opportunities in the field of sustainability and the impact that a student from the Delft University of Technology can have there. We want to give students the opportunity to discover what they can do at the selected companies, where we support an open discussion culture."
