Ventolines is an integrated service provider in the sustainable energy sector, with a clear mission: we aim for a world where renewable energy projects are valuable for everyone. We guide our clients through every stage of their wind, solar, energy storage, and system integration projects. Whether it involves Project Design, Engineering and Execution, Project Structuring, or Management and Operations, we help them to make the right choices at the right time to optimise the value of their sustainable energy projects.

With a team of over 100 specialists, Ventolines is an active player in renewable energy. We work with our own engineers, lawyers, communication consultants, business experts, and financial specialists. This enables us to advance our clients across the full breadth of a project, from early development to operation and beyond.

Ventolines was founded in the Netherlands in 2007 by siblings Anne and Jelma de Groot. Together, we have achieved more than 2 GW of sustainable energy capacity for our clients and manage an asset portfolio of over 1.5 GW. We take pride in our role in leading Dutch projects, such as Windpark Fryslân and Windplan Groen (including the Closed Distribution System Groen). In recent years, we have expanded our activities to other countries, including Ireland, the United States, Scandinavia, and the Baltic States.

We offer expertise across all project stages, from early development to repowering. Our strength lies in our integrated approach, providing tailor-made solutions that align with our clients' ambitions and needs, while also adapting to market trends and societal expectations. Every decision we make and every project we support contributes to a balance of economic, social, and environmental value. We continuously seek synergies across different projects and explore system integration opportunities.

Carrièremogelijkheden

Ventolines is a rapidly growing company with 100 employees. You will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of a senior person on large and progressive sustainable energy projects at home and abroad. Our ambition is that you will be an expert in your field within a few years, who will train young talents.

To get a clear picture of our company, you will get to know the various departments in your first weeks. In addition, you will participate in the Young Professionals Program, in which you will develop your professional skills.

Sollicitatieprocedure

The application process always begins with a CV and cover letter. This is followed by at least two interviews and an assessment.
