We're excited to put on our reading specs and look through your resume and motivational letter. If applicable, we'll also review the outcomes of any assessments. So, what then? Let us break it down for you:

1. If we think you could be a great match with the vacancy and our company, we'll call and get to know each other a little better.

2. The call went well - you're excited, we're excited - nice! If that's the case we we will then invite you for two interviews at our office (if possible) with different team members. There might be a third interview, but this will depend on the type of vacancy.

3. Sparks are flying. We want you on our team. If that happens, we’ll send an amazing job offer that will knock your socks off.
