GKN Fokker offers a broad range of positions e.g. in technical and commercial areas, production, logistics and project management, for young and experienced people with all kind of qualifications. A broad range of training is provided at different levels, including courses on technical and commercial subjects, project management and general management.

GKN Fokker also offers a general management trainee program. This traineeship is an intensive 2-year program that consists of on the job experience, management skills training and coaching. Our program combines responsible job assignments together with practical studies. The rotational assignments cover various aspects of the GKN Fokker business providing you with broad and valuable experience towards achieving a management position in a relatively short period of time.
