For this traineeship we search for people who take initiative, have a proven leadership track record, a hands-on mentality and want to develop themselves.
Qualifications:
University degree in Engineering (Biochemistry, Chemical, Process, Agricultural, Food Science, electrical or Mechanical);
willingness to travel and flexibility to relocate;
fluency in Dutch and English;
high integrity standards;
demonstrated natural leadership ability;
self-starter; highly motivated and able to work independently;

The Next Generation Graduate Program is designed to take you to management level within our international organization.
Sollicitatieprocedure
Our procedure consists of 3 rounds. You will first have an interview with recruitment. The technical managers will conduct the 2nd and 3rd round of interviews and give you a tour of the plant. A case study can be part of the recruitment process.
